JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a licensed psychologist with a strong interest in working within schools? We at the Central Student Health in Hörby are looking for a new psychologist colleague.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with students' learning and health with a focus on development. In Hörby, psychologists collaborate with other professionals in student health both in the EHT and in individual matters.

For several years now, student health in Hörby has been centrally organized. Currently, it consists of 1.35 psychologist positions, 4.0 school counselor positions, and 4.0 school nurse positions. There is also an attendance team with 1.0 special education teacher position and 1.0 social pedagogue position.

The psychologist positions and the attendance team are centrally located, while the other positions are placed in the field.

Your tasks include participating in EHT, consulting and supervising educational staff, working with school form investigations, and development work. There is also collaboration with other internal and external organizations.

You will work at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Primarily, you will work in a health-promoting and preventive manner. As a psychologist, you are expected to contribute psychological expertise as support in educational work and in the structural and organizational work of student health.

You will contribute psychological knowledge regarding protective and risk factors for students' learning, health, and development.

Some work will involve preschools in the municipality and the municipality's Learning Center (IM). If there is interest in PLA assignments, that may be relevant.

The Central Student Health has regular meetings for all professions.

Psychologists have regular collegial meetings with psychologists in Höör Municipality.

The position is 50% - 75%.

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist.

You need to have knowledge and interest in educational psychology, developmental psychology, group and organizational psychology, as well as how neuropsychiatric disabilities can affect learning.

You need to have experience conducting school form investigations.

Experience working as a psychologist in preschool or school is an advantage.

We hope you have the ability to plan your work, are structured, meticulous, and responsible, as well as being a problem solver. You need to be able to work independently and with integrity while also having excellent collaboration skills.

As a person, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating. You need to have a very good ability to build good relationships with those you work with.

You need to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Good computer skills are a prerequisite, and a driver's license is required.
